Do you sign NDAs before a first call?
Yes — happy to. Send the doc with your brief and we’ll countersign before any creative conversation. For early scoping calls without sensitive IP, a verbal NDA usually works.

What’s a realistic minimum engagement?
Single-spot animation work starts at $50k. Series and feature engagements typically land $150k+. We’re flexible on phasing — we’d rather scope honestly than over-promise.

How long until I hear back?
A real human (a director, not a coordinator) reads every brief within 24 hours on business days. Within 48 hours you’ll have either a scoping call invite or a “not the right fit” with a referral to a studio we trust.

Do you take on retainer engagements?
Selectively, yes. We hold two retainer slots at any given time — mostly with brands or studios shipping ongoing motion work. If that’s the shape, say so in the brief and we’ll route it correctly.

Can I see the studio in person?
Absolutely — both rooms are open by appointment. LA is on the Eastside, London is in Hackney. Tell us the project context first and we’ll set up the right people to walk you through current work.
